Stephen is the Co-Founder and Partner of Aviation Simulation Engineering and has been involved in the aviation industry since 1982, working in repair and overhaul of aircraft instrumentation and progressing to full flight simulation in 1987.

Over the past 39 years in the aviation industry Stephen has gained vast experience with simulator maintenance, acceptances, project management and simulator fidelity.

Stephen was also the founder of Simtek Services, managing and operating a full flight simulator for 12 years. Contracting a team of technicians to operate and maintain a simulator centre, providing services which included scheduling, maintenance, simulator fidelity and all facility operations.
