We have worked in the industry for 39 years and have extensive knowledge and understanding of simulation, regulation requirements, maintenance, installations, relocations and parts procurement.
Meet Our team
STEPHEN CARUANA
Stephen is the Co-Founder and Partner of Aviation Simulation Engineering and has been involved in the aviation industry since 1982, working in repair and overhaul of aircraft instrumentation and progressing to full flight simulation in 1987. Over the past 39 years in the aviation industry Stephen has gained vast experience with simulator maintenance, acceptances, project management and simulator fidelity. Stephen was also the founder of Simtek Services, managing and operating a full flight simulator for 12 years. Contracting a team of technicians to operate and maintain a simulator centre, providing services which included scheduling, maintenance, simulator fidelity and all facility operations.
GARY WACHTER
Gary is co-founder and partner of Aviation Simulation Engineering and has been involved in the aviation industry since 1985 working as an Avionics Technician and in 1986 venturing into the fight simulation sector. Since then Gary has obtained technical expertise across the simulation sector covering aspects from servicing and maintenance to relocations, installations and commissioning. More recently Gary has work as a Project Manager/Director across the globe, managing projects in excess of 50 million dollars, whilst overseeing teams of Architects and Engineers and employing over 250 staff at times.
