Gary is co-founder and partner of Aviation Simulation Engineering and has been involved in the aviation industry since 1985 working as an Avionics Technician and in 1986 venturing into the fight simulation sector.

Since then Gary has obtained technical expertise across the simulation sector covering aspects from servicing and maintenance to relocations, installations and commissioning.

More recently Gary has work as a Project Manager/Director across the globe, managing projects in excess of 50 million dollars, whilst overseeing teams of Architects and Engineers and employing over 250 staff at times.
